Sharecare is seeking a remote, full-time healthcare quality reporting consultant. You will serve as the primary consultant for assigned healthcare clients, overseeing relationships and ensuring accurate, compliant reporting across programs like MIPS.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret CMS updates, and train clients on reporting requirements. You will analyze data, drive performance improvements, and support EMR-based reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field required
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or related field
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent client-facing skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and submission timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies and drive performance outcomes
• Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Analyze baseline quality data, identify gaps, and recommend improvement strategies
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide guidance
• Interpret CMS regulations and program updates; communicate changes to clients and stakeholders
• Provide training on reporting requirements and use of technology for data collection
• Work with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data via submission protocols
• Promote continuous improvement with insights and recommendations to strengthen compliance
