You will lead client relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide strategic improvements in reporting performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective use of EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (required).
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent client facing skills and commitment to high customer satisfaction.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential materials professionally.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients, ensuring reporting compliance and timely submissions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align client strategies and drive performance outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze baseline quality data, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide strategic guidance.
• Interpret CMS regulations and MIPS specifications; communicate changes to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training on reporting requirements and use of technology for data collection.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data using submission protocols.
• Deliver insights and tools to strengthen client compliance and reporting performance.
• Support clients in leveraging EMR systems to optimize Promoting Interoperability performance.
• Conduct random chart audits and generate reports to validate data accuracy.
• Assist with interpreting adjudications and feedback from regulatory agencies.
