Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a skilled healthcare quality consultant for remote, full-time work across US clients. You will oversee client relationships, ensure compliant reporting for quality programs like MIPS, and guide clients through value-based care requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interpret CMS/MIPS updates, train clients on reporting tools, and drive performance improvement through data insights and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent client-facing skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients.
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients, ensuring compliant reporting and submission timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies and drive performance outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze baseline quality data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide guidance.
• Interpret CMS regulations and MIPS updates; communicate changes clearly to clients.
• Provide training on reporting requirements and use of technology for data collection.
• Assist IT in data submission and validation using approved protocols.
• Promote continuous improvement with insights and tools for client compliance.
• Support clients in optimizing EMR usage for better interoperability performance.
