A prominent property valuation firm is looking for a Valuations Analyst to work fully remote. In this role, you will determine pricing strategies to optimize ROI for acquired properties, collaborate with sales and construction teams, and value properties across the U.S. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in property valuations or underwriting, with a preference for those with appraisal coursework or licenses. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential property valuations or underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adopt new technology.

Responsibilities
