Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties.
• Partner with Sales and Construction on pricing decisions and scopes.
• Ensure accuracy of valuations across the U.S. and meet turnaround times.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines to support company goals.
