Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Valuations Analyst to remotely value prospective deals and set a scope of work for properties we acquire. The role involves determining reliable market values for deals to guide acquisitions and crafting pricing strategies for resales across the US.

The position is 100% remote, full-time, offers a $110,000 yearly salary, and requires at least 3 years of residential valuations/underwriting experience with appraisal credentials or coursework preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in residential property valuations/underwriting.
• Appraisal license or you have completed all appraisal coursework (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Determine pricing strategy to maximize ROI for acquired properties and turnaround times for dispositions.
• Partner with Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing decisions, budget and scope of work for construction strategy.
• Value properties across the entire US ensuring valuation accuracy.
• Meet turnaround objectives for all valuations and minimize time on market.
