Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 1-3 years inbusiness valuation, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Proficiency infinancial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Strong knowledge ofExcel, financial databases, and valuation software.
• Analytical & Research Skills:Ability toanalyze large datasets, assess financial trends, and interpret valuation results.
• Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability topresent financial data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist inbusiness valuations, equity & debt valuations, and intangible asset appraisals.
• Developfinancial models and valuation analysesusingdiscounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and precedent transactions.
