The Associate/Senior Associate role focuses on building and interpreting financial models for ESOP transactions and performing due diligence to support client decisions.

The position develops from technical execution toward project management and client communication, with exposure to senior leadership and a national ESOP network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related coursework in finance or accounting.
• 1–4 years of valuation-related experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling ability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and interpret financial models for ESOP transactions and related advisory assignments.
• Collect and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other information to understand operating models.
• Conduct industry and economic research to support valuation assumptions and conclusions.
• Prepare detailed written reports summarizing operations, framework, and final conclusions.
• Help manage engagement workflow, information requests, deadlines, and quality control processes.
