Job summary

Marshall & Stevens is a leading independent valuation firm with a national footprint and a dedicated ESOP Advisory Group. As an Associate or Senior Associate, you’ll build financial models, analyze private company valuations, and support ESOP transactions with client presentations and due diligence.

You’ll collaborate with senior professionals, develop from technical execution to project management, and help deliver insights that affect ownership and capital planning for employees and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics.
• 1–4 years of experience in business valuation, corporate finance, or ESOP advisory is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Construct and refine financial models for ESOP transactions and valuation analyses.
• Collect and analyze company financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant information.
• Conduct industry and economic research to connect performance with market trends.
• Participate in client meetings with ESOP trustees, legal counsel, and other advisors.
