Job summary

CSL Seqirus seeks a Vaccine Sales Specialist to promote brands to Pediatrics, IDN, and Public Health accounts. This field-based remote role covers a designated territory, reporting to Regional Sales Manager.

You will build key accounts, negotiate formulary acceptance, and drive revenue with CSL Seqirus products. You will develop account plans, review product information with customers, and maintain long-term relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of Pharmaceutical or B2B sales or relevant healthcare/clinical educational experience.
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with customers with emphasis on scientific knowledge.
• Overnight travel required.
• Business title determined by experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to achieve CSL Seqirus brand goals and identify new opportunities with important accounts.
• Analyze accounts' near-term and longer-term goals to promote sales and lead implementation of products and services.
• Organize meetings with customers to review product information and treatment protocols.
• Retain long-term relationships with established customers to secure agreement and foster new business.
• Develop customer routing and strategic key account plans; daily pre-call planning.
• Represent the Seqirus Customer Experience vision; act as the voice of the customer to build knowledge and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Customer Service to support field efforts.
