Travelbynight is seeking a Vacation Planning Specialist to research destinations, compare options, organize details, and help clients turn vacation ideas into well-planned experiences. This remote opportunity emphasizes researching options and creating personalized vacation plans that fit clients’ preferences, travel style, and budget.

You will consult with clients, coordinate reservations, and keep clients informed with confirmations and next steps.

Qualifications

• You are organized and personable, comfortable with technology.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, education, sales, administrative work, event planning, or other people-focused industries is a plus.
• Successful candidates are eager to learn, communicate consistently, manage time independently, and own the client experience.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing resources are available.
