Travelbynight is seeking a Vacation Planning Specialist to help clients research destinations, compare options, and turn ideas into well-planned itineraries. This remote role emphasizes organization, communication, and relationship building with clients across various travel preferences and budgets.

You will work with clients to understand what they want, provide personalized recommendations, and manage reservations and details, with ongoing training and support available to help you succeed in

We're looking for a Vacation Planning Specialist who enjoys researching destinations, comparing options, organizing details, and helping clients turn vacation ideas into well-planned experiences.

This remote opportunity combines travel research, customer service, organization, and relationship building. You'll work with clients to understand what they're looking for and help identify vacation options that fit their preferences, travel style, and budget.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing resources are available.
