Job summary

Blyss Consulting is seeking a Virtual Reservation Support Specialist to assist clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating vacation arrangements remotely. This role blends customer service, online research, organization, and professional communication, with training and ongoing education provided.

You will help clients explore options within their interests and budgets while supporting the reservation process.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable internet access and a computer or compatible device.
Ability to work remotely and follow established procedures.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative work, research, or event planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Ask questions to identify destination, dates, activities, and budget.
Research accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, and excursions.
Compare options based on location, amenities, policies, and client preferences.
Prepare clear vacation recommendations and answer reservation questions.
Assist clients with completing reservations and verifying information.
