HB Travels is seeking a Vacation Specialist to assist clients in planning and coordinating memorable travel experiences. You will support travelers from the moment they begin exploring options to the time they return home, handling inquiries, organizing travel details, providing destination information, and ensuring each client receives reliable and attentive service.

Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Prior customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and booking tools quickly.
• A genuine passion for travel and helping others plan unforgettable vacations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms with vacation planning and general travel inquiries.
• Coordinate accommodations, flights, cruises, and other travel components based on client preferences.
• Provide updated information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
• Manage booking adjustments, special requests, or cancellations as needed.
• Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Address concerns with professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills.
