Job summary

Vail Resorts Corporate is seeking a Remote Travel Consultant for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will assist guests booking Epic vacation packages via inbound calls, guiding them through lodging and mountain product options in a high-volume, fully remote environment.

Starting wage is $20 per hour with potential monthly bonuses for top performers. This role requires at least 6 months of sales/service experience, strong English communication, and comfort using multiple systems while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Sales and Service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work within multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong communication and active listening skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with booking vacation packages, including lodging and mountain products.
• Provide clear, accurate information regarding resort offerings, pricing, availability and policies.
• Deliver personalized recommendations to enhance the guest booking experience.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all bookings.
• Document all guest interactions accurately within internal systems.
• Collaborate with guests and colleagues across time zones.
