• Interpret title 38 US Code and Title 38 CFR and veterans’ benefits laws
• Assist claimants with understanding and pursuing VA benefits
• Manage a high-volume caseload
• Navigate client cases and files to answer status inquiries
• Create positive interactions with clients to maintain satisfaction
• Draft basic correspondence to clients and the VA
• Update case management system with all correspondence and records
• Ensure VA decisions documents are in client files
• Ensure VA is working on pending claims and appeals
• Complete applications for claims and appeals
