Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred with six months of customer service experience.
• Professional oral/telephone communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries within productivity and quality standards.
• Assist claimants through VA disability appeal process via phone and data entry.
• Capture information accurately in the case management system.
• Explain VA decisions and encourage continued participation in the process.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication.
