Job summary

C Teleport is an automated B2B travel platform serving maritime, aviation, and oil-and-gas clients. You will start from user goals and map the fastest path to completion, reducing clicks and decisions to speed up booking flows.

You’ll build clickable prototypes with Claude Design or similar tools, using our design system, and stay with features through build, reviewing with engineers and polishing details for release.

Qualifications

• At least three years designing B2B or SaaS product experiences that shipped to real users.
• A portfolio that shows user flows and the reasoning behind them, including edge cases.
• You can explain a design decision from the user's goal and pain, and you change your mind when the evidence says so.
• You prototype with AI design tools (Claude Design, Figma Make, or similar) as part of your normal way of working, and you can judge and fix what they produce.
• You work within an existing design system and know when a new component is needed and when it is not.

Responsibilities

• Start every feature by understanding the coordinator and their tasks, then sharpen the problem before drawing.
• Design the full flow, including empty states and errors, aiming for minimal clicks and decisions.
• Build clickable prototypes in Claude Design or similar, with two or three real alternatives and their trade-offs.
• Prototype with our design-system components so engineers can lift the result almost as-is.
• Stay with the feature through the build: review engineers' work and polish details before release.
• Make each screen light, uncluttered, and precise with micro-animations where helpful.
