Job summary

Casper Studios is seeking a UX/UI Designer who can plug into live build teams and move quickly. You will take rough requirements and transform them into a clean, buildable interface within tight timelines, sitting beside engineers and raising the bar on visual quality.

The role supports flexible structures with potential growth as the work expands, and focuses on end-to-end user flows, information architecture, and AI-native experiences across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• A strong design portfolio with real shipped software.
• Fluency in Figma and modern UI craft; translate rough requirements into polished UI fast.
• Experience designing for AI-enabled products and shifting requirements.
• Ability to work directly with engineers and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Strong judgment on when pixel-perfect detail is needed and when to move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship the UI/UX for AI products, from core flows to new features.
• Collaborate with engineers in fast build cycles to turn rough requirements into usable product quickly.
• Own the full surface: information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
• Design for AI-native experiences, including reading/review views, agent interactions, and probabilistic outputs.
• Manage multiple product builds simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Translate messy stakeholder input into shippable design and know when to push back on scope.
• Establish lightweight design patterns and a reusable system.
• Own end-to-end user flows and information architecture for complex, data-dense products.
• Decide what to surface and apply progressive disclosure to avoid information overload.
