Qualifications

• Experience collecting and validating survey responses and producing insight-driven summaries and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Qualtrics, including survey logic and workflow configuration.
• Fluent English in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow structured research plans and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and manage questionnaire-based research studies using Qualtrics (or similar tools).
• Implement complex survey logic and workflows based on predefined study designs.
• Launch and monitor studies to ensure smooth execution and data quality.
• Collect, organize, and validate survey responses.
• Analyze study results and identify trends, patterns, and key drivers in the data.
• Produce structured summaries, visualizations, and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders on study execution and reporting.
• Maintain documentation and ensure processes are repeatable.
