Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking a remote UX Evaluator to rigorously assess usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction of digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software. You will work with a remote QA team to identify issues and provide actionable recommendations that inform product, design, and development teams.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with a solid foundation in UX principles, usability testing, and user research.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of UX principles and usability best practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and digital testing platforms.
• Prior UX evaluation, usability testing or QA experience preferred.
• Reliable internet and devices; ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to articulate user experiences across devices and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing across websites, mobile apps, and software.
• Identify usability issues and areas for improvement.
• Perform heuristic evaluations and cognitive walkthroughs.
• Generate reports with actionable recommendations for product improvements.
