Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong communication skills, capable of documenting issues, and collaborating with developers to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions.
• Experience with remote working tools and a good understanding of app ecosystems.
• Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed usability testing for mobile and web platforms.
• Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs and user experience issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
• Verify software features operate correctly across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
