TrussWorks, Inc is seeking a remote UX Designer for a contract role. This full-time position works across USA, UK, and Europe with core hours 10:00am–4:00pm ET and travel to Baltimore twice per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in human-centered design, research, and service design.
• Ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Comfort designing complex user flows and prototypes.
• Familiarity with accessible design practices (Section 508).
• Experience collaborating in agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape user journeys and service experiences for enterprise/government projects.
