Job summary

Group O, Inc. is seeking a UX Designer to craft scalable, high-quality digital experiences for business customers.

You will own key aspects of the user experience, deliver production-ready assets, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers. You will translate complex requirements into clear, engaging interfaces, balance usability with accessibility and visual design, and contribute to design systems while supporting both light- and dark-mode

Qualifications

Proven UX principles and interaction design foundations.
Strong written and verbal communication in cross-functional teams.
Experience designing for web-based experiences with production-ready assets.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences for web platforms from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.
Create clean, visually compelling layouts with strong hierarchy and usability.
Produce developer-ready design files, specifications, and assets with precision.
Apply UX best practices and WCAG accessibility standards.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers.
Contribute to and work within established design systems for consistency.
Articulate design rationale to stakeholders and partners.
Incorporate insights from user research and usability testing into iterations.
Build reusable Figma components and support dark-mode design system.
