Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HCI, Design, Psychology, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of UX design experience for websites, web apps, or digital platforms.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Proficiency with Figma for interface design, wireframes, prototypes, and collaboration.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking principles.
• Understanding of responsive design and modern web standards.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, workshops, usability testing, and analytics.
• Create personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into design solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define UX strategies and requirements.
• Facilitate design thinking and user-centered design workshops.
• Validate concepts through usability testing and iterative feedback.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (Section 508, WCAG).
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems with components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Work with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to drive improvements.
• Support content strategy and information architecture activities.
• Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices.
