This is your chance to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and bring groundbreaking concepts to life.

Imagine collaborating with Fortune 500 companies, designing experiences that transform how people interact with global commerce. This isn’t just design; it’s about crafting the future. As a key member of a highly agile team of engineers and creatives, you’ll build conceptual prototypes and quick-to-market pilots, turning innovative ideas into tangible realities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Travel with a team to deliver innovation events at client sites across the US, and occasionally internationally (10% travel required).
  • Understand client needs and customer profiles to determine the optimal design approach for each event.
  • Create sketches, flows, wireframes, visuals, and high-fidelity prototypes to facilitate collaborative design with clients and the internal team.
  • Prepare for upcoming events through research and material preparation, and finalize deliverables after event completion.
  • Support longer-term engagements, including detailed design iterations, prototyping for concept and user experience testing, and pilot build-outs.

Must-Haves:

  • Experience as a UX Designer, preferably with mobile applications.
  • Proven ability to present designs and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience collaborating with developers and product owners, and driving consensus among diverse viewpoints.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently, adapting to feedback, direction, and changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with design thinking or other innovation/user experience design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in creating and using design artifacts such as personas, journey maps, user flows, scenarios, storyboards, sketches, and wireframes.
  • Expertise in UX design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong visual design skills and a passion for creating compelling and intuitive interfaces.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with print design, illustration, and/or visual identity.
  • Experience in both start-up and corporate environments.
  • Experience designing chat, voice, and/or retail interactions.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $66.77 to $74.19 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
