Qualifications

• Experience with Contentsquare including customer journey analysis, UX analysis, and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Experience in ecommerce projects and understanding of conversion, funnel, and on-site performance metrics.
• Knowledge of on-site optimization, including deriving recommendations from behavioral data and user insights.
• Ability to translate analytics findings into actionable UX, content, or conversion improvements.
