Job summary

Designity, a premium AI-enabled and human-led Creative-as-a-Service company, seeks a Senior UX/UI & Web Designer to craft visually distinctive, high-performing websites and landing pages that convert. You will blend rich visual craft with fresh UX thinking, building experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and conversions-focused.

You will work remotely across LATAM, Europe, and South Africa, with five hours of overlap with U.S.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience translating business goals and user needs into effective, user-centered design solutions
Experience designing for conversion, performance, and measurable outcomes
Experience creating and contributing to design systems and scalable UI components
Working iteratively, incorporating feedback, and improving work based on data and insights
Experience using AI tools for enhancing design workflows
Fluent, professional-level English — both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design from concept to implementation across websites and landing pages
Map user journeys, define information architecture, and create wires and flows
Craft responsive interfaces with scalable design systems and consistent typography, color and interactions
Design with a focus on conversion and performance, collaborating on SEO and A/B testing
Leverage AI tools to speed ideation, prototyping, and production
Iterate based on feedback and performance data
Collaborate with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
