Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience in quality assurance, usability testing, or a related discipline is preferred
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and app ecosystems
• Access to a reliable internet connection and compatible desktop, laptop, or mobile device

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed usability tests on a variety of devices, browsers, and operating systems
• Accurately document and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues
• Work closely with development and product teams to communicate findings and suggestions
• Ensure software features are functional across multiple environments and screen sizes
• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports summarizing test results and recommendations
