Job summary

Avsis is seeking a detail-oriented Utilization Management Administrative Support professional for a remote US-based role. You will handle email requests from provider offices, gather missing information for claims processing, and prepare correspondence for enrollees and providers to support clinical processors.

You will manage data entry, maintain letter templates, and coordinate with the UM team to ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Accurate data entry with minimal errors.
• Professional written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical thinking and independent decision making.
• Ability to meet quality, accuracy, and production standards.
• Reliable home workspace and internet connection for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to providers for correction and resubmission when information is missing.
• Create ad-hoc letter requests for enrollees/providers, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Provide clerical support: handle fax, email, meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Maintain accuracy of letter templates in collaboration with UM leadership.
• Support timely mailing of urgent correspondence to enrollees/providers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
