Job summary

The Oncology Institute is seeking a UM Authorization Analyst II, a remote position available to candidates throughout the contiguous United States. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of medical procedure authorizations while collaborating with providers and insurance companies.

You will be responsible for leading daily huddles, managing escalations, and staying updated on industry regulations. An associate's degree and 4-6 years in utilization management are required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily huddles with UM Physician Reviewers.
• Create and administer corrective action forms.
• Manage denial and appeal escalations.
• Identify deficiencies with the Director.
• Prepare and present reports on authorization activities.
• Stay current on regulations and guidelines.
