Job summary

Kaukahi is seeking a GIS Analyst to support the development and maintenance of client utility GIS. The role collaborates with project stakeholders and travels 100% to project sites and client locations in the US.

Ideal candidates have a GIS background, 3–5 years in multi-user GIS, and strong ArcGIS skills. A Bachelor's in GIS or related field is required, with GIS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field or equivalent credentials.
• 3–5 years GIS experience in a multi-user environment; utility projects preferred.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant identification required for access to facilities.
• GISP or ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Professional (EADP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter spatial data using workflows and georeferencing of plans into GIS.
• Create maps, exhibits, and sketches with ArcGIS software.
• Run analyses and geoprocessing to generate data tables and reports.
• Maintain data library and feature codes for field input.
• Review data accuracy with established QC procedures.
