Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Utility Management Lead to join our Southeast US team. You will lead a team of utility coordinators and oversee the utility management process for roadway and infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring timely coordination and quality output.

You may work from home with the potential need to report to the Atlanta office up to once per month, collaborating with transportation design teams and GDOT standards to identify locations, avoid conflicts, and coordinate relocations

Qualifications

Associates or relevant technical degree required.
15+ years of experience in utility coordination or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with Georgia DOT Utility Accommodation Policy and Standards.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
Experience with GDOT or local County utility coordination projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of utility coordinators and oversee utility management for roadway and infrastructure projects.
Identify existing utility locations and potential conflicts; support avoidance, adjustments, relocations, and new installations.
Coordinate with transportation design teams on utilities locations and impacts.
May personally oversee coordination on key projects and support multiple utility coordination efforts.
