We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads, iOS) to lead our Google Ads team of 4, scale iOS campaigns, optimize funnels, and drive data‑driven growth in a remote, full‑time role. You will own budgets, run A/B tests, and collaborate with analytics and creative teams.

Qualifications

• Senior User Acquisition Manager with proven Google Ads expertise.
• Experience scaling iOS campaigns and managing large budgets.
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution and analytics.
• Hands-on in building and optimizing web2app funnels.
• Proven ability to run data-driven experiments (A/B tests).
• Fluency in Russian and professional English.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scale and optimize user acquisition campaigns in Google Ads focusing on iOS traffic.
• Design, test, and optimize app/web/web2app funnels and measure conversions at each step.
• Plan and run A/B and uplift tests to quantify incremental impact.
• Analyze raw data to identify growth opportunities and defend hypotheses.
• Manage creatives and coordinate with in‑house analytics and motion design teams.
• Own ad budgets and allocate based on data-driven models and goals.
