Job summary

Google Customer Solutions is seeking an App Specialist to bridge technical implementation and sales strategy for app growth. You will help clients optimize tracking, attribution, and cross-platform analytics within the Google ecosystem.

You will work with a mobile-first mindset, leveraging data to improve campaign performance across iOS/Android, SKAdNetwork, ATT, and FirebaseGA4 integrations. Ireland offering competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles.
• Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate conversion tracking by advising on account and conversions setup, validation, and conversion window configuration.
• Drive down-funnel events and maximize lifetime value across app campaigns.
• Drive business growth and meet quarterly goals by advising clients within the Google App Ecosystem.
• Demonstrate expertise in third-party MMPs, iOS measurement frameworks, and cross-platform data analysis.
• Partner with clients using data-driven insights on asset mix and creative testing.
