Social Discovery Group (SDG) is expanding its Marketing team and seeks a User Acquisition Manager to lead Facebook and TikTok campaigns. You will report on performance via GA4 and CRM, optimize strategies to improve ROI, and test new targeting and creatives.

This role offers a remote, full-time arrangement. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Facebook ads, campaign automation experience, strong data skills, and fluent English with Russian language skills.

Qualifications

• Facebook advertising expertise with 3+ years experience.
• Experience with campaign automation (API, auto rules).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• English at B2 level, Russian at C1+.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns.
• Report and analyze advertising campaigns using GA4, CRM and other tools.
• Scale channels without CPA growth and improve ROI.
• Test new targeting, ad types, landing pages and creatives.
