Avenue Code is seeking a Usability Rapid Researcher to join our remote US team. You will lead qualitative studies, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and preferences.

Work closely with product and design to shape user experiences that delight customers across platforms. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in user research within product teams, strong communication, and the ability to influence decision-making through evidence-based insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience conducting user research.
• BA/BS in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Behavioral Science, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
• Experience in a product-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct usability studies including interviews and testing.
• Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering teams to drive UX improvements.
• Prioritize usability projects with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.
• Turn around high-quality research insights quickly to inform product strategy.
• Develop clear research deliverables that translate into business outcomes.
