Ladders is seeking a USA Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead integrated project schedules and align them with business priorities. This remote role partners with project teams and leadership to improve schedule quality and forecasting, supporting timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management or related fields.
• Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish and enforce scheduling standards and best practices.
• Support project teams with schedule updates and recovery planning.
• Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.
• Monitor project performance and identify schedule risks.
• Drive schedule optimization and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership.
