Job summary

Ladders is seeking a USA Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead integrated project schedules and align them with business priorities. This remote role partners with project teams and leadership to improve schedule quality and forecasting, supporting timely decision-making.

For our client, we are seeking a USA Planning & Scheduling Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee integrated project scheduling practices across complex initiatives, ensuring schedules are accurate, actionable, and aligned to business priorities.

The position will partner closely with project teams and leadership to improve schedule quality, strengthen forecasting, and support timely decision‑making.

Success in this role will come from combining strong analytical rigor with hands‑on schedule management, risk awareness, and clear executive communication.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $132,200 – $220,400 annually
