Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across US law topics.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related materials.
• Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and legal reasoning.
• Provide structured feedback to improve legal content and AI-generated outputs.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and potential legal issues.
• Collaborate with remote, multidisciplinary teams on complex legal scenarios.
• Support quality assurance and maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
