YO AI Labs is seeking a US-based lawyer on a remote contract to contribute legal expertise to an AI-focused project. You will perform legal research, analyze US law topics, and draft and review legal content to support accuracy and quality.

No prior AI experience is required. The role emphasizes independent work, strong attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication, with collaboration across remote teams to ensure high standards and compliant outputs.

Formación

Active license to practice law in the United States.
Experience at a top-tier US law firm is preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
Strong academic and professional credentials.

Responsabilidades

Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across US law topics.
Perform in-depth legal research to support project requirements.
Draft, review, and edit legal documents including memoranda, opinions, contracts.
Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, and legal reasoning.
Provide structured feedback to improve legal content and AI outputs.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and potential legal issues.
Collaborate with remote multidisciplinary teams on complex legal scenarios.
Support quality assurance and maintain high standards of accuracy.
