Allor Solutions, a global aerospace manufacturer, seeks a US Chief Financial Officer to act as the financial architect for the $100M+ US division. Reporting to the US CEO, the US CFO will lead financial strategy, multi-site cost control, FP&A, CapEx, and inorganic growth to scale toward $250M+.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive senior financial leadership in multi-site manufacturing.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense sectors is strongly preferred.
• Advanced expertise in absorption costing, inventory control, FP&A and dual reporting (US GAAP/IFRS).

Responsibilities

• Executive Business Partnership: drive US growth strategy, pricing alignment, margin expansion, and multi-site resource optimization.
• US Executive Leadership: build and scale a finance, accounting, and IT team across sites.
• Operational FP&A & Cost Accounting: oversee costing, WIP, scrap rates, and KPI forecasting.
• CapEx Execution & Scaling: justify and execute major US capex with ROIC/payback analysis.
• Mergers & Acquisitions strategy: lead inorganic growth and due diligence across US sites.
• IT Ownership & Enterprise Systems: ERP implementations and cybersecurity governance.
• Banking, Treasury & Debt Governance: manage cash flow, debt facilities, and treasury operations.
• Global HQ Governance: align US reporting with Italy HQ, tax, treasury and compliance.
• Governance, Tax & Compliance: oversee ASC 606, ITAR/EAR, AS9100, and regulatory compliance.
