Qualifications

• JD and active attorney license in good standing.
• 3–10+ years of compliance law experience in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• US-based, currently practicing in compliance law.
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
• Teaching or legal writing experience a plus.
• Editorial experience with legal journals valued.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and annotate legal documents and compliance materials for AI training.
• Draft explanations, rationales, and responses to complex compliance scenarios.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy and adherence to US standards.
• Collaborate remotely with project leads and technical specialists.
• Develop scenario-based questions and answers reflecting current compliance trends.
• Identify ambiguities or legal pitfalls in AI outputs and suggest improvements.
• Contribute feedback to refine AI training protocols.
