Job summary

Accelerated Urgent Care, physician-owned, is seeking a part-time Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician for a 100% remote telemedicine role in California. Join as an independent contractor (1099) earning $150 per hour, with malpractice and tail coverage provided.

Shifts are 6 to 12 hours, 2-4 per month, and you will treat patients across ages from newborns to geriatrics. CA Medical License and active DEA are required to fill prescriptions; this is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal Family Medicine Residency Program or Emergency Medicine Residency.
• CA Medical License that is active and in good standing with no restrictions.
• DEA Certificate in good standing with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Urgent Care Medicine on a telemedicine platform with 6–12 hour shifts, 2–4 shifts per month.
• Treat patients across ages from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care).
• Provide prescriptions as allowed by CA DEA and guidelines.
