Job summary

Accelerated Urgent Care is seeking Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physicians for a 100% remote telemedicine role in California. This part-time independent contractor position offers $150 per hour with malpractice and tail coverage. Shifts are 6–12 hours, 2–4 per month, with patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics.

Requirements include a valid CA Medical License in good standing and a CA DEA certificate. This opportunity allows you to work remotely from anywhere in CA as a contractor.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal Family Medicine Residency Program or Emergency Medicine Program.
• CA Medical License that is active and in good standing with no restrictions.
• DEA Certificate in good standing with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Urgent Care Medicine, practicing 6-12 hour shifts, 2-4 shifts per month.
• Part-time or PRN position.
• Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care).
• CA DEA needed to fill prescriptions and refill existing prescriptions.
