Job summary

Accelerated Urgent Care is hiring part-time Urgent Care physicians for a 100% remote telemedicine role in California. You will work 6- to 12-hour shifts, 2-4 per month, as an independent contractor earning $150/hour with malpractice and tail coverage.

Positions accept Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained physicians with CA license and active CA DEA. You can treat patients across the full age spectrum from newborns to geriatrics, delivering care from home or anywhere in CA.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal Family Medicine Residency Program or Emergency Medicine Program.
• Active California Medical License in good standing.
• DEA Certificate in good standing with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform urgent care across ages in 6–12 hour shifts, 2–4 per month.
• Provide full-spectrum urgent care to patients, about 4 patients per hour.
• Prescribe and refill under CA DEA requirements.

Position Overview: We are hiring urgent care physicians for a 100% remote/telemedicine opportunity for part-time, independent contractor work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Urgent Care Medicine, practicing 6-12-hour shifts, 2-4 shifts per month.
• This position will be a part-time or PRN position
• Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care)
• CA DEA needed to fill prescriptions and refill existing prescriptions
