Job summary

PakEnergy is seeking a Production Implementation Analyst (Upstream Oil & Gas) to bridge our technical teams and oil & gas clients during onboarding and deployment of our software solutions. You’ll play a critical role in project execution, data integration, user training, and customer success.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of oil & gas production workflows, thrives in client-facing environments, and is comfortable working with technology platforms such as PakAI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in upstream oil and gas production operations or related field.
• Ability to translate operational needs into software requirements and integrate data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand implementation needs and data requirements.
• Gather, validate, and map operational data for integration with software platforms.
• Coordinate internal and client resources to ensure timely deployment.
• Assist in configuring software based on client requirements and conduct testing.
