Sarnova HC, LLC’s Tri-anim Health Services division seeks an Upstream Product Manager to drive revenue through data-driven marketing and aggressive supplier partnerships. This remote US role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in product positioning and launches.

You will work with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations to optimize pricing, go-to-market strategies, and market expansion across product lines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years product/marketing management experience in B2B, distribution or healthcare products.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management a plus.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Demonstrated product/category management, pricing, segmentation and marketing strategy experience.
• Strategic thinker who can execute with attention to detail.
• Excellent project management and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with supplier relationship management.
• Experience with new product launches and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels.
• Experience with contracts from drafting to negotiation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely and manage all aspects of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Track revenue, COGS and marketing spend with cross-functional teams.
• Develop portfolio business plans including pricing and go-to-market.
• Create and manage marketing programs and materials.
• Leverage data and market insights to identify new opportunities and channels.
• Conduct market research on customer needs.
• Collaborate with manufacturers on cross-promotions.
• Support sales reps with training materials and programs.
• Monitor market and adjust plans as needed.
• Forecast sales and plan profitability across product lines.
• Lead collateral development and training initiatives.
• Support other projects as directed by Director of Product Management.
• Lead clinical training programs.
