Job summary

Tri-anim Health Services, a division of Sarnova, seeks a product/marketing leader to drive growth across healthcare product lines. You will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Operations to shape pricing, go‑to‑market plans and cross‑functional initiatives that maximize revenue and brand impact.

The role requires 3–5 years of product/marketing management experience in healthcare or distribution, strong analytical and forecasting abilities, and the drive to own projects from concept

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years product/marketing management experience in healthcare, distribution, or B2B selling.
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory processes is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop product positioning, pricing and market strategies.
• Strong planning, forecasting and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Accounting, and Operations to track revenue, COGS, and marketing spend.
• Develop and manage portfolio business plans including pricing, supplier relationships, go‑to‑market strategies, and product positioning.
• Create, execute and manage marketing programs across online, advertising, sales support, trade shows and vendor programs.
• Use data, pricing, segmentation and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and markets.
• Perform market research to uncover customer needs.
• Work with Manufacturer Partners on cross-promotional activities.
• Contribute to sales rep training and product training.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
• Lead forecasting and strategic planning for profitability of multiple product lines.
• Analyze business developments and identify potential markets for products and services.
