Job summary

Ethos is seeking instructors with a PhD (or terminal degree) and 4+ years of university teaching to train AI models in professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated lectures and slides across core workflows, including conference presentations and seminar materials.

Strong PowerPoint craftsmanship and exceptional written communication are required. This is a fully remote, flexible position with 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• PhD (or terminal degree) with 4+ years teaching at an accredited university.
• Deep expertise in structuring complex material for slide-based teaching.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design lecture slides, course materials, conference presentations, and seminars.
• Develop assessment rubrics and seminar materials.
